Phenomenal Service!!!!! I just left Superior Auto Clinic and literally parked my car just to write this review. That’s how impressed I am! We all know that visiting an auto repair shop can often leave you feeling uncertain or even taken advantage of — but not here. This place is different. From the very first call this morning to ask about a battery replacement for my BMW, everything was smooth and professional. They took my information, clearly explained my options, recommended using an original battery, and gave me an honest estimate of both the cost and the repair time. And they delivered exactly what they promised — my car was ready in just 1 hour and 30 minutes! What really stood out was the transparency. They sent me a detailed invoice with photos of every step — the removal of the old battery (photo included) and the installation of the new one. No hidden surprises, just solid work and great communication. For comparison, the BMW dealership told me I’d have to wait until the next day for an appointment and then leave my car there for 6 to 8 hours — and I’m sure it would’ve cost a fortune. When your battery fails, you need immediate service, and Superior Auto Clinic truly came through. From now on, I’ll be bringing my car here for all my regular maintenance. Their name says it all — Superior in every sense of the word.
