I seldom have a surprise, but if they say I need something that we didn’t expect, they show me the worn parts and the new parts and they explain how long I have before I need two replace them They will ask how much freeway driving I do because some parts will need to be replaced sooner If I’m doing a lot of driving. I totally trust them and recommend them highly.
