I came in on a slammed Saturday morning with my 15-year-old car running rough, and they still made room to diagnose it; they confirmed is was spark plugs and ignition coils, caught dried-out gaskets and hoses, and texted me photos, a PDF report, and the full estimate to approve. They even checked that the engine was healthy enough to be worth investing in... that kind of honesty is why we keep coming back. They told me it would be finished Monday, but about five hours later they called to say it was complete with OEM parts, and when I got in, it drove like a new car. What I appreciate most is that they walk you through everything; what they found, what they did, and why. Paul makes it feel like he has a personal relationship with you, not just a repair shop.
